General

All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within two business days after purchase. Customers will be fully refunded if the orders cannot be confirmed.

Payment of 100% of the booking value is due at the moment of booking.

Tour bookings

  • Cancellations received 46 days (or more) of departure will incur a penalty of 10% per person.
  • Cancellations received within 45-35 days of departure will incur a penalty of 25% per person.
  • Cancellations received within 34-15 days of departure will incur a penalty of 80% per person.
  • Cancellations received within 14 days of departure will incur a penalty of 100% per person. Unused features are non-refundable. No-shows forfeit entire payment.
  • Tours require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a scheduled trip to fully refund affected customers, although we will make every effort to maintain the normal operation.
  • There is 6% handling fee add-on to the aforementioned penalties to a maximum total fee of 100% of the booking value.
  • To avoid cancellation penalties we offer you the option to have another traveller take your place in the tour. The handling fee for this change is 25€ per person per day for overnight tours, and 20€ per person for day/half day/evening tours.

Hotel bookings

  • Cancellations received within 35 days of check-in will be fully refunded.
  • Cancellations received between 35-15 days before check-in will incur a penalty between 20-100%, depending on the hotel policy. We also charge a handling fee of 25€ to a maximum of total fee 100% of the booking value.
  • Cancellations received within 14-5 days before check-in departure will incur a penalty of 40-100% per booking, depending on the hotel policy. We charge a handling fee of 25€ to a maximum of total fee 100% of the booking value.
  • Cancellations received within 5-0 days before check-in departure will incur a penalty of 100% per booking, depending on the hotel policy.
  • To avoid cancellation penalties we offer you the option to have another traveller take your place in the accommodation. The handling fee for this change is 25€ per person per hotel booking.

Payment

  • Generally payment should be done in our online store, after check out.
  • In case you send us a request online we will provide you with a payment link we use for your specific order. With this link you can pay us through our payment service provider Mollie payments.
  • Your other option is to submit a bank transfer, and pay directly into our bank account.
  • In all cases your order is only guaranteed after we have received your payment.
