All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within two business days after purchase. Customers will be fully refunded if the orders cannot be confirmed.

Payment of 100% of the booking value is due at the moment of booking.

Activity bookings

Cancellations received 14 days (or more) in advance of departure will be fully refundable.

Cancellations received later than 14 days in advance of departure will incur a penalty of 100% per person. Unused features are non-refundable. No-shows forfeit entire payment.

Activities require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a scheduled trip to fully refund affected customers, although we will make every effort to maintain the normal operation.

Payment

Generally payment should be done in our online store, after check out.

In case you send us a request online we will provide you with a payment link we use for your specific order. With this link you can pay us through our payment service provider Mollie payments.

Your other option is to submit a bank transfer, and pay directly into our bank account.

In all cases your order is only guaranteed after we have received your payment.
